Paulann C. Canty holds a Master of Science in Family Relations and Child Development with a specialty in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oklahoma State University. She completed requirements and has been certified by the State of Oklahoma as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist since 1999.
Paulann created GrowthLines, LLC, a private therapy practice, in 2002 based on her belief in the resilience of the human spirit and the power of relationship. I am packing to leave for a mini vacation to Saratoga Wyoming to the hotspings and spa. It is one of my most favorite places in the world in the winter. My family will be joining me. My new year commitment to myself is to create more balance in my life. Hence, the mini vacation.

Your mini vacation sounds wonderful, and I can really identify with your commitment to more balance. I’ve been having my own internal conversation about that the last month. Take your time completing the Versatile Blogger process so that is enjoyable, and not a chore.
I am actually in Oklahoma, but take some respite time every summer at a cabin on the Spanish Twin Peaks near LaVeta. I have hundreds of pictures, and the mountains and the trails always invite to take more.

I know creating and maintaining a blog is an investment of time and energy that is more pressing at times than we expect.
